 NAVIS CREW MANAGEMENT was nominated by Stanford Marine LLC to be an exclusive supplier of ONMA cadets.


Established in 1997, Stanford Marine LLC operates an extensive fleet of Offshore Supply Vessels that service the Oil and Gas industry in the Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, India and the Gulf of Mexico. Working conditions are the following:


Deck Cadets:
  • 4-month contract duration;
  • Offshore type of vessel (DP or non DP);
  • Salary is 1500 - 1650 USD per month;
  • Position mentioned in Seaman’s Book 
is 2nd Mate as required by vessel safety manning.

Electrician Cadets :

  • 6- month contract duration;
  • Offshore type of vessel (DP or non DP);
  • Salary is 450 USD per month
  • Position mentioned in Seaman’s Book 
is Electrical Officer as required by vessel safety manning.


List of minimum requirements:

  • English - Upper Intermediate level;
  • Certificate of Competency is obligatory. For Deck Cadets: “Officer in charge of a navigation watch on ships of 500 gross tonnage and more”. For Electrician Cadets:

“Third-class electro-technical officer”

  • Diploma with honours or average score is 4.5 - 5.0.
